The Patient Reminder helps the provider and the patient, with interactive voice technology system which automatically calls and gives the patient appointment-specific information.

The patient reminder service is an automated voice technology system that automatically calls and plays a message reminding the patient about an upcoming appointment, and then captures the patient’s response.

The system is based on interactive voice technology and automatically updates the Appointment Scheduler based on the status. Phone calls can be custom-made for each practice so that instead of an automated voice, a practice could use its physicians’ voices to provide the message. The message can also be sent to the patient via fax or e-mail.

The patient reminder service provides options for cancellation, rescheduling, and conformation.  This system reduces no-shows considerably and it captures the patient response and produces a comprehensive report for further analysis. More details
